For Learning in the Work Setting, this might include:
explanation and analysis of the process of personal development planning in a wider context
using a range of well chosen literature, perhaps comparing PDP models, and applying the theory to the researcher's own work context.
an audit of learning needs, this could refer to audits in previous modules
range of learning activities, recognising opportunistic as well as formal learning events
demonstration of how goals are realistic, for example by describing discussion of goals with a line manager or by applying SMART analysis to the researcher's selected goals
annotated evidence of implementation of the PDP
evaluation of the PDP process as well as evaluation of the researcher's own plans
