Mapping Discussions

The Road Not Taken

In the absence of any volunteers, I'll be mapping the discussions in Jonathan's hotseat, where researchers engaged in the Ultraversity's BA (Hons) learning, technology, research course were invited to "focus on the researcher user experience of the Assessment Portfolio tool, FirstClass, Action Enquiry tool and your experience of other technologies".

Although there appear to be few diversions from the main focus of the hotseat, its more than a minor junction of ideas. I wonder if the map might resemble the Hemel Hempstead Magic Roundabout.

Hi Shirley....
I think we may have an even worse mapping system in Wiltshire with Swindon's Magic Roundabout (I'm not sure I can post a link to it here) but it has five roundabouts adjacent to each other - and the driving test centre is just over the other side of them. That can be the only explanation for it taking me 5 attempts to pass my test I'm sure... ;-)
A lovely verse too :-) - how many different paths we take each day, and I wonder how many times we wish we'd taken a different one....

Hi Lisa - I wonder if there's a web site about astonishing roundabouts.

I like Frost's poetry and this one rings so true to life, we often have choices and wonder if we made the best ones.
