On Tuesday I managed to lose my way to HTI, where I had a meeting about improving communications with alumni who have been on secondment to industry. All was fine until I missed a junction on the M6, then I had a little tour of the region before piloting to the right place. By the end of the meeting, actions had been agreed which should move us forward. As the HTI software has yet to be seen, the planning group will meet online with an online community in NCSL's talk2learn space, where many of us have existing membership. This will be a good reason for me to get up to speed with the latest version of talk2learn.
